Olga Montes weaves coiled juncus baskets, medium size trays and Indian gift baskets. Olga is the daughter of basketweaver Crecencia Silva.

Olga lives in the Kumeyaay community of San Jose de la Zorra, Baja California.

This California Indian artist's work may be purchased at Shumup Ko Hup Indian store in Old Town San Diego State Historic Park.
