INDIAN PINE BARK

A close-up picture of old Indian pine bark on a large living mountain pine tree on the Los Coyotes Indian Reservation campgounds was photographed in March 2006 at about 4,000 feet, San Diego County.

The reservation is located between the Cleveland National Forest and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park. Los Coyotes is just east of Mount Palomar mountain.
