POW WOW Sycuan Tribal CeremonyPowwow protocal brings Sycuan Tribal Chairman Danny Tucker (with his hat out), and Thea Hammond's extended Kumeyaay family, friends, pow-wow guests, and well wishers into the pow-wow arena to encircle the arena one time in honor of Thea Hammond, Kumeyaay, the Head Young Woman Dancer for the 2005 powwow. Thea Hammond, the honored Sycuan tribal dancer, is dancing in her regalia ahead of the pow-wow procession (out of camera view). Thea's Uncle Danny is photographed accepting monetary donations for the Native American drum group who is playing the drum and singing special honoring songs for the ceremony.
